Listen to Colors

“Listen to Colors”,
an interactive musical art piece, allows viewers to review and express their idea of sexual orientation, body positivity and self discovery through a customized music instrument that forms lights and colors based on viewer’s interaction. The piece uses sounds and moving images to enhance playful synergy of participant’s expression to transmit a jovial way of engaging one’s sexual identity.

“Listen to Colors” is a collaborative work between Tara Dilloughery and Tuang T. Tara works on moving images that express the dream-like visual of human subject through her camera lens, while Tuang creates the interactive installation involves programing, MIDI, and code-animated graphic.

The artwork is a variable installation, customizable with physical environment.
